บทความนี้ เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติธรรมในพระพุทธศาสนา ซึ่ง เป็นอีกลีลาหนึ่งในการนำเสนอวิธีการฝึกปฏิบัติธรรม ด้วยการเลือกใช้มุมมองเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ เป็นแนวทางในการพิจารณาค้นหาข้อเท็จจริง หรือสัจธรรม ที่หาอ่านได้ไม่ง่ายนัก เพราะเป็นการฉีก แนว คิดนอกกรอบแตกต่างไปจากคำแนะนำที่มีการกล่าวถึงกันทั่วไปเพื่อเป็นทางเลือกสำหรับผู้ใฝ่รู้ เสาะหาแนวทางในการปฏิบัติธรรมอีกแง่มุมหนึ่ง

Real Jao Kamma (One who commits a good or bad deed; one who did something to others in the past) and Nai Vera (a person resulted from what someone did something to him / her in the past).

- When one has trained oneself to get to know the nature well, he / she will then know the real Jao Kamma and Nai Vera, as a matter of fact, those are all four elements (Dhatu); consisting of soil, water, wind, and fire which are the traces that initiate the Kamma (good or bad deeds) and occasions to cause the universe, stars, soil, sky, air, seedling, animals, and individuals to bring about. It is a persistently flowing nature exhibiting Anij-jang (the impermanent; continuing changing in status or condition or place), Dukkhang (withstanding the status or condition without change), and Anatta (not gathering the separate units into a mass or whole) all the time.
- One who studies the nature to the extent that he / she can touch the persistently flowing process of soil, water, wind, and fire, and if he / she knows the varying reaction which creates various states to take place, and at the same time, exhibits phenomena of Anij-jang (the impermanent; continuing changing in status or condition or place), Dukkhang (withstanding the status or condition without change), and Anatta (not gathering the separate units into a mass or whole), concealing inside that reaction.
- Practise studying it as mentioned above, in order to actively know it and to know what such process is up to, to the extent that one can find a strategy and a trick to stay out of such persistently flowing nature. Then one will become the real person who has indeed finished up the Kamma and Vera, by following the traces or the courses of practising the Buddha‘s Teachings the Arahanta (One who has attained nirvana; the Perfect One) has practised perfectly and persistently.
- A person teaching Dhamma (Buddha’s Teachings) should therefore suggest people to study the fact of the state of being elements (Dhatu) of everything. In summary, we should know Rupha Dhatu (matter of element or corporeality of element) and Nama Dhatu (mind of elements), in which they crush one another, and then they break into pieces, and they change to various states in the way the principle of Paticcasamuppada (truths based on one another to take place step by step; the law of causation) is. (See 25, 26, 27, 28).
- As for a person seeking to understand Dhamma (Buddha's Teachings), it is necessary for him / her to practise to know the process thoroughly until he / she has understood the state of Sankhara (the world of phenomena) clearly, which breaks into pieces in order to change to the state of emptiness, in spite of the fact that the state itself is combining into a group of plants, animals, and individuals.

เจ้ากรรมนายเวรที่แท้จริง
|
- เมื่อได้อบรมฝึกฝนรู้แจ้งธรรมชาติแล้ว ก็จะรู้ว่าเจ้ากรรมนายเวรที่แท้จริง คือธาตุทั้งสี ดิน น้ำ ลม ไฟ ที่เป็นเค้าเงื่อนก่อกรรมทำวาระให้เกิดเป็น จักรวาล ดวงดาว ดิน ฟ้า อากาศ พืชพรรณ สัตว์ บุคคลขึ้นมา เป็นธรรมชาติไหลเรื่อย แสดงอนิจจัง ทุกขัง อนัตตาอยู่ตลอดเวลา
- ผู้ใดศึกษาจนสัมผัสกระบวนการไหลเรื่อยของดิน น้ำ ลม ไฟ และรู้ปฏิกริยาที่แปรเปลี่ยน ก่อเกิดสถานะต่างๆขึ้นมา พร้อมทั้งแสดงอาการ อนิจจัง ทุกขัง อนัตตา แฝงอยู่ในปฏิกริยานั้นๆ
- ฝึกฝนให้รู้คล่องแคล่วเท่าทันกระบวนการนั้นๆ จนรู้ชั้นเชิงและอุบายที่จะพ้นออกไปจากความไหลเรื่อยของธรรมชาติ ก้จะเป็นผู้สิ้นกรรมสิ้นเวรอย่างแท้จริง ตามรอยพระอรหันต์ทั้งหลาย ที่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งสอนของพระพุทธเจ้าได้ครบถ้วน
- ผู้สอนธรรมะจึงชี้บอกให้ศึกษาความเป็นธาตุของสิ่งต่างๆ โดยสรุปคือ ให้รู้จักรูปธาตุ นามธาตุ ขยำกันแตกกระจายเป็นสภาวะต่างๆ ตามหลักปฏิจจสมุปบาท (ดู 25, 26, 27, 28)
- ผู้ใฝ่ธรรมจึงจำเป็นต้องฝึกฝนให้รู้ถี่ถ้วนในกระบวนการ จนรู้แจ้งในสภาวะสังขารที่แตกกระจัดกระจายออกเป็นความว่าง ทั้งๆที่กำลังจับกลุ่มกันเป็นพืชพรรณ สัตว์ บุคคลนั่นเอง
