Please help! I have received this kind of notification!

**=>   But I do not know indeed about the above-mentioned laws requiring me to provide European Union visitors information about COOKIES used on my blog. I have been offered this blog to use free of charge. I have no any knowledge about COOKIES or IT at all, I am a layman not IT people, who have learned about computer or IT. I just know how to place written articles on the blog only. So how can I give the said information to the visitors visiting my blog.

Wab-master should know it well! Help me, please!
