บทความนี้ เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติธรรมในพระพุทธศาสนา ซึ่ง เป็นอีกลีลาหนึ่งในการนำเสนอวิธีการฝึกปฏิบัติธรรม ด้วยการเลือกใช้มุมมองเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ เป็นแนวทางในการพิจารณาค้นหาข้อเท็จจริง หรือสัจธรรม ที่หาอ่านได้ไม่ง่ายนัก เพราะเป็นการฉีก แนว คิดนอกกรอบแตกต่างไปจากคำแนะนำที่มีการกล่าวถึงกันทั่วไปเพื่อเป็นทางเลือกสำหรับผู้ใฝ่รู้ เสาะหาแนวทางในการปฏิบัติธรรมอีกแง่มุมหนึ่ง

Ending of Kamma (good or bad deed;what people do or cause to happen) and ending of Vera (the hostile action or enmity) resulted from doing righteous functions।
- Who is Jao Kamma (One who commits a good or bad deed; one who did something to others in the past)? Kamma (the deed; good or bad deed) is an action. Vera (the hostile action; enmity, in this sense, is the occasion (or event) of doing Kamma). Ending of Kamma (the deed; good or bad deed) is the condition that there is no necessity of doing Kamma (the deed; good or bad deed) again. Ending of Vera (the hostile action or enmity), in this senses, is the end of the occasion of Kamma (the deed; good or bad deed) to be done again.
- Who are Jao Kamma (One who commits a good or bad deed; One who did something to others in the past) and Nai Vera (a person resulted from what someone did something to him / her in the past), Why we have to do Kamma (the deed; good or bad deed) and Vera (the hostile action)?
- Nature of everything has a duty to do its Kamma (the deed; good or bad deed) according to the occasion, such as a plant grows vigorously under causes and factors of its coming into existence, and according to the appropriate occasion, it then ends or disintegrates along with that occasion. That is, the ending of Vera (the hostile action; enmity) of that occasion.
- Individuals originated from causes and factors of coming into existence, because they do not know Jao Kamma (One who commits a good or bad deed; One who did something to others in the past) and Nai Vera (a person resulted from what someone did something to him / her in the past) that order them to be born, namely without knowing the nature of Paticcasamuppada (truths subject to one another to take place step by step; the law of causation).
- Father and mother are persons doing the deed and doing the occasion to cause a baby to be born, and then they do Kamma (the deed; good or bad deed) and do Vera (the hostile action or enmity; in this sense means event or occasion) by raising their child. If the child’s father and mother have wisdom to utilize their knowledge and experience to look after their child, they will know how to bring up their child correctly, make their child a good person.
- On the part of the child, if the child does the correct Kamma (the deed; good or good deed) and does Vera (the hostile action or enmity, in this sense means event or occasion) correctly, namely respects and obeys what the child’s father and mother instruct him / her to do, the child will then be a person who fulfills Jao Kamma & Nai Vera’s favour (an act of gracious kindness rendered the child by his / her father and mother), as a result, both sides; the child and the father & mother, will all be happy. If the child does not behave in the righteous ethics, Kamma (the deed; good or bad deed) and Vera (the hostile action; in this sense means event or occasion) will carry on, or vindication or revenge will keep occurring. When one has eliminated Kamma (the deed; good or bad deed) and Vera (the hostile action; in this sense means event or occasion) to the extent that a complete innocence has been established, Kamma (the deed; good or bad deed) and Vera (the hostile action; in this sense means event or occasion) will then be certainly finished.

สิ้นกรรมสิ้นเวรเพราะทำหน้าที่ถูกต้อง
- เจ้ากรรมนายเวรคือใคร? กรรมคือการกระทำ เวรคือวาระที่ทำกรรม สิ้นกรรมคือ ไม่มีความจำเป็นจะทำกรรมอีก สิ้นเวรก็สิ้นวาระที่จะทำกรรมอีก
- ใครเป็นเจ้ากรรมนายเวร ทำกรรมทำเวร?
- ธรรมชาติทุกสิ่งมีหน้าที่กระทำกรรมตามวาระ เช่นพืชพรรณงอกงามออกมาตามปัจจัย ตามวาระที่เหมาะสม และสิ้นสลายไปตามวาระ คือสิ้นเวรในวาระนั้นๆ
- บุคคลก่อเกิดขึ้นมาตามปัจจัย เพราะไม่รู้ในเจ้ากรรมนายเวรที่บัญชาให้เกิด คือไม่รู้ธรรมชาติตามหลักปฏิจจสมุปบาท
- พ่อแม่เป็นผู้ทำกรรมทำวาระให้มีการเกิดเป็นทารก แล้วพ่อแม่ก็ทำกรรมทำเวรเลี้ยงดูลูก ถ้าพ่อแม่มีปัญญาก็รู้จักเลี้ยงลูกให้ถูกต้อง ทำให้ลูกเป็นคนดี
- ฝ่ายลูกถ้าทำกรรมเวรถูกต้อง เคารพเชื่อฟังพ่อแม่ ก็เป็นผู้สนองบุญคุณเจ้ากรรมนายเวร ทำให้มีความสุขด้วยกันทุกฝ่าย ถ้าประพฤติผิดทำนองคลองธรรม ก็ต้องจองกรรมจองเวรไปอีก เมื่อได้สะสางกรรมเวรให้บริสุทธิ์หมดจด จึงจะสิ้นกรรมเวร
