ซึ่งเป็นอีกลีลาหนึ่งในการนำเสนอวิธีการฝึกปฏิบัติธรรม ด้วยการเลือกใช้มุมมองเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ เป็นแนวทางในการพิจารณาค้นหาข้อเท็จจริง หรือสัจธรรม ที่หาอ่านได้ไม่ง่ายนัก เพราะเป็นการฉีกแนว คิดนอกกรอบแตกต่างไปจากคำแนะนำที่มีการกล่าวถึงกันทั่วไป เพื่อเป็นทางเลือกสำหรับผู้ใฝ่รู้ เสาะหาแนวทางในการปฏิบัติธรรมอีกแง่มุมหนึ่ง

Preface (คำนำ)

If a comparison is made among a research study, training and practice on Dhamma (the teachings of the Buddha, or the truth), as a matter of fact, it is something like an operation of a simple arithmetic problem, take, for example:-

a. 1+3+2+4-8 = 2

b. 2x3+6 = 12

c. 40+8 ÷6 = 8

The outcome derived from such operation is an achievement or a success resulted from data in which they consist of calculating elements. Now, once an answer obtained as a result thereof, the data are therefore used as evidence to help confirm the correct answer of each calculation outcome.

Training and practicing Saphava Dham (condition of being active; condition of action being performed), commencing from observation of the striking phenomenon taking place inside Ayatana (the senses). The striking will vary until it finally ends in the calmness and quiet. The same way as the momentum, generated from and also driven by impelling forces, will also be used as evidence and as the data making us understood that the practice of the Saphava Dhamma has been performed correctly and step by step in accordance with the process of the nature. A person, who has practiced the Saphava Dham (condition of being active; condition of action being performed) to the extent that he / she can clearly understand how the thing is happening. That is a progress in Vipassana (the intuitive vision), the way one can see the state of nature clearly and profoundly, in a way the reality is.

Finally, the outcome has therefore ended with seeing and knowing Nibbhana (nirvana), it thereby tells us that the states of emptiness, balance and calmness of the nature have perfectly been taken place. Person performing the practice of Dhamma (Buddha's teachings or the truth) can therefore touch the reality thereof with one’s own mind and intelligence.

คำนำ

ถ้าจะเปรียบการค้นคว้าศึกษา ฝึกฝน อบรมการปฏิบัติธรรม (Practice) คือการทำเลขคณิตแบบง่ายๆ เช่น

ก. 1+3+2+4-8 = 2

ข. 2x3+6 = 12

ค. 40+8 ÷6 = 8

ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้คือความสำเร็จ ซึ่งอาศัยข้อมูลทุกอย่างเป็นส่วนประกอบในการคิด เมื่อได้คำตอบเป็นผลลัพธ์แล้ว ข้อมูลก็เป็นหลักฐานช่วยยืนยันความถูกต้องของผลลัพธ์

การอบรม ฝึกฝนสภาวธรรม ที่เริ่มต้นสังเกตอาการกระทบกัน แล้วแปรเปลี่ยนไป จนสิ้นสุดลงที่ความสงบสงัด ก็เช่นเดียวกัน โมเมนตั้มที่ขับเคลื่อนไป ก็เป็นหลักฐาน เป็นข้อมูลให้รู้ว่า การปฏิบัติได้นำเนินไปตามกระบวนการของธรรมชาติ อย่างถูกต้องตามขั้นตอน ผู้ฝึกรู้เห็นชัดในอาการเป็นนั้นๆ นี่คือการเจริญวิปัสสนา เห็นแจ้งในสภาวะธรรมชาติ ตามที่เป็นจริง

ผลจึงสิ้นสุดลงด้วยการรู้เห็นนิพพาน สภาพที่เป็นความว่าง ความสมดุล ความสงบสงัดของธรรมชาติอย่างสมบูรณ์ ที่ผู้ปฏิบัติสามารถสัมผัสได้ด้วยใจ และสติปัญญา
